The Verdi web CMS is a wonderful system, and we've made sure we provide good support to back it up.
We're proud to say the Verdi support team provides awesome support for our clients. We admit we're a little
biased, but our client surveys, testimonials and other feedback continually shows how much our clients appreciate
the support we provide. We take nothing for granted, and we want to continue to build on our good reputation for
support.
Verdi Support is provided in a variety of different ways. From telephone and email support from our HelpDesk to
on-site support at your place or remote connection to you via VPN or other remote access services, we make sure we
can help you as quickly as possible.
We also provide pro-active coaching and assistance, and in 2008 we're introducing a new range of seminars and
webinars free for Verdi clients to brush up their skills and to learn about new features and enhancements we're
releasing.
Almost all of our clients have the Verdi Annual Software Maintenance, which includes EVERY enhancement, update
and new module we bring out as part of the standard Verdi system. It also includes bug fixes and error corrections,
although we generally don't have too many of these.
Most of our clients are also on some sort of Service Plan with us - whether it be a pre-paid Service and Support
block or a monthly Service Plan. Casual service and support is also available for those who prefer it.
