Intranet and Extranet user log in

The Verdi User Log-in module is used for enabling public users to access certain tiers or sections of the site that have been set up as requiring log in access.

Typically this is used for restricted access areas of a public website. This is known as an Extranet.

This facility is also used for special restricted access areas of an Intranet system.

Once a user has successfully logged in, further options are available to:

  • Return to the homepage
  • View New items since last log in
  • Edit existing log in, which allows the user to edit their contact details and password.

The login form is also used to logout of the system.

In addition, the log in form comes complete with an automated 'Forgotten Your Password' form for users to retrieve their password or contact the Site Administrator.
