Verdi's Site Shortcuts allow a list of internal site links to be displayed on the site inside a "drop-down box". 

Items in the drop-down list can be managed by a Site Administrator user, so that the same list of short-cuts can be displayed to all site visitors.

Alternatively, the Verdi Site Shortcuts module can be configured to allow each individual visitor user to log in to the site and then create and manage their own list of Site Shortcuts.  This can be ideal for simplifying and personalising the navigation in large extranet and intranet systems.
